大火前 1250度くらいかな？

温度が高くなると発光するのでまぶしいです。
ここは800度くらいかな。まだまだ中が窺えます。
三角に見えているのが、
窯内の熱量を知らせてくれるゼーゲルコーンという温度計。
7番1230度で溶ける。8番は1250度と決まっているので、
溶けて前かがみになりだしたら、これぐらいの温度だと予測ができるのです。
温度計はその瞬間だけを計りますが、
ゼーゲルコーンは、熱量を計るのでなくてはならない存在。
さぁ、明日は窯出し。
今から少しづつ扉を開けて冷ましていきます。
良い窯だといいなぁ～。
