半年前から海外からの問い合わせがつづいていますが、なぜに国や自治体は感受性者の接種率を上げる努力をしないのだ？という問いがあります。
3月14日に東京都が、補助をするつもりのある自治体をサポートしますといいました。
神奈川県は絶対に補助をしないといっていましたが、4月に非常事態宣言をして補助をはじめました。
千葉県も絶対に補助をしないといっていましたが、やはり4月に補助を開始しました。
埼玉県は補助をしていません。知事からの回答は

「感染症、風疹の対策というものをわかっていないのでは？」という疑問がわきます。
それでも、昨日は 青森県むつ市、沖縄県那覇市、埼玉県の戸田市、新座市、坂戸市、栃木県栃木市などの助成のニュースが流れていました。
東京よりも流行レベルが高くなっている大阪府。
枚方市が補助を発表しましたが、大阪市はどうなったのでしょうね。
愛知県、兵庫県もする予定はないのでしょうか。

Rubella infections at record high this year
The number of rubella patients so far this year in Japan has hit a record high.
The National Institute of Infectious Diseases says 4,763 people were diagnosed with rubella, or German measles, from January to April 21st.
That's about double compared to all of last year, when the largest number of patients was diagnosed since record-keeping under the current method began in 2008.
Nearly 90 percent of the patients are 20 or older. Many of the men are in their 20s to 40s, while the women are mostly in their 20s.
Common symptoms include fever and rashes. The virus can spread through coughing or sneezing.
Babies born to women who contract the disease during early pregnancy may develop severe eye, ear or heart problems.
More than 500 people a week have been diagnosed with rubella so far in April.
Senior researcher at the institute Keiko Taya says many people will be traveling over the holidays at the start of May, so the infection may spread further. She said rubella usually peaks around June, so she advises people to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
