Goya is a kind of cucumber. Its name has never been known in Japan except Okinawa(沖縄) where they always have. It is too bitter to eat. But it is good for health. We have a knowlege ,now, about cooking this vegitable.
These years I have been found this vegitable on the walls or hedges of town houses in Tokyo.
