坦坦麺チャーシュー入り nouille Sichuan

Sichuan hot noodle is one of Szechwan Cuisine. In Tokyo it has become very popular noodle these ten years. At this restaurant they insist that their noodle is the best bowl of Japan.
It may be the number one Sichuan hot noodle bowl in Japan, but I'm sure that my best one in Tokyo is the one of the Tenka(天華）restaurant at Shinagawa.

This noodle is very good, but I can't eat the soup completely.

Wako building with its clock tower is the face of Ginza. When Japanese speak about the Ginza town, they always remind the image of the clock tower of the Wako. They sell watches, clocks, jewelery and men's and women's goods.
My image of Wako is this picture. I always remind the gold two Chinese letters on the glass.
