Mejimaguro is a kind of tuna. The meat is a little lighter than the one of tuna.

I don't love the meat of Kanpachi, Inada, or Buri( these are the same fish, yellowtale). They have much fat, I think.

マダイ Madai

I prefer the more thicker cutting piece of Madai(sea bream) to this thickness one. But the price is very reasonable.

ホンマグロ Honmaguro
