Petals fall slowly down onto the water.

I put on an egg in the center of the plate with fried garlic and tabasco to mix all together well. As far as I watch the customers of this restaurant, half of them would order this grilled pork dish.
So there is a big bottle of tabasco on all the tables and counter.

These poles on the carrage containers are for defense aginst stealears in the Oota flower market(太田花市場). If a criminal would try to carry onto his box truck, this pole should hit against on the rim of the loading plaform of his truck.

The chef says they use the special salt for their noodle and other dishes.
The rock salt is imported from the China.
He insists the salt came from the deep area of China and the salt crystalized in the very ancient era. He call this salt tasted noodle "the Ancient Salt Raamen."(古代塩ラーメン)　This restaurant is near the Hounancho station(方南町) and faces the The Seventh loop road(環七通).

Near the Kurohune(black ship) bridge(黒船橋), I found flowers of Lantana with fruites on the last Christmas Eve.
It seems a little strange to see flowers and fruites on the same time.
