初落とし

片手袋は

門松に

It’s the first time in the year of 2020

A child must have dropped an add glove 

It’s on the Kadomatsu

門松にポンっと乗ってました。初落としでしたでしょうか…。

I found it on this Kadomatsu. The owner of it, for her(him?), it would be the first one in this year??
