Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２６ times
Walking　：６５ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes
Plunk　：２ minutes


It has been thirteen years and two hundred and
fifty-nine days in a row since I decided against
a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the
fourth consecutive day and greater than 9-time
push-ups for the three hundred and sixty-third
successive day.

Now it is heavily raining in Nagoya and the sound
of the rainfall hitting the roof and buildings is
almost deafening.
According to the weather information on the Internet,
The rain clouds are now passing over the Nagoya
region, so it may stop raining by the time when I
put this post on my blog....actually, this will not
come true, rather the sound is getting louder.
Anyway, I am really afraid of the course of the
typhoon #10, which is likely to directly hit Nagoya.
