ボルシチ麺 Borscht nouille?

The Chinese cook doesn't use the beetroot, but he insists this is MY family's borsch soup. He uses the “borsch” soup for the borsch lahmen.
The taste is good. I like this noodle.
No Ukrainian would admit this dish is borsch, I think.
I remember the taste of borsch which I had been served in the lunch time of my elementary school days. The taste is the same as this noodle. I miss the taste.

Cakeaterさんの麺はどれも感動的。これはどんな味か、スープとヌードルとの取り合わせはいかがか、想像しております。

As I already wrote, it would remind the school lunch menu, Borusiti, creamy and sweet. I had a little wonder that the Chingensai is very well to the chicken soup with milk.
