Because of winter 

I enjoyed seeing miniature erasers 

コーンアイスは新製品のようです。ブルーとピンクの他に、バニラ(っぽく見える)色があります。久しぶりのブリスター買いです。

Two of ice-cream cone are new products. There are Blue, pink and another one is Vanilla (it seems). I haven’t bought a blister pack for a long time.

朝の出勤時に落としたのだとしたら…。寒い一日になりましたね。

If an owner of the glove lost in the morning, their hand would have felt cold all the day.

That has got a shadow under the light

目で見ると、ちょっと面白い、と思ったんですが、それがカメラには写りませんでした。残念。

When I found the phenomenon, my eyes caught more light than the photograph. Oh my!

There are some red berries 

In the puddle 

寒々しい感じの眺めでも、赤い実があったりするだけで、ちょっとあったかい雰囲気がでるでしょうか…？

The scenery seems cold but if there would be red berries, even in the puddle, you might feel warm by that...?

It’s difficult to read it

イチョウが黄葉してる、と言いたくて、「銀杏黄葉」と本日のブログのタイトルに付けたあとで、銀杏って季語になるのかな？ とチョイっとネット検索しましたら、なんと「銀杏黄葉」は「いちょうもみじ」と読んで晩秋の季語になるとそうです。へぇ〜っとなりました。日本語ってホント、底無し沼、いや、奥深い、ですな。

Haiku has season words, just 銀杏(いちょう:Ichoh) doesn’t become the words but Ichoh-momiji becomes the words. Japanese for Haiku, it’s complicated. But interesting very much!

The leaves have various colours

Green, yellow and brown 

植物など好きなんですけど詳しくないのでアレですが、コブシ(だそうです)の木がどんな感じに黄葉するかはなので分かりませんが、葉の色がバラバラだったり、蕾の外被(？)が大きくなる前に落ちちゃったり、しているように、この木は見受けられました。これは、ここ一ヶ月近く続く、落ち着かない気温変化のせいなんでしょうか…？

I love trees and plants but no idea about them. This tree is Magnolia kobus (a passing woman told me so). I have no idea how this tree turns colour, neither. The tree seemed that its leaves’s colours were various, the covers for buds were fallen before growing(?). The temperatures have been changeable, up and down, unstable. That’s why??

It’s me, Paederia scandens

The berry turned brown

ヘクソカズラは、夏の季語だそうです。花の姿は小花であかしろでかわいいです。が、葉や茎が悪臭を放つ、というところからこの名前を付けられているそーな。漢字だとさらにちょっとこれって…という感じですね。

Haiku has season words, Paederia scandens is for summer. Its flower is tiny, colours are white and red, looks lovely. But its leaf and cane are awful smell, that’s why, the plant is given “paederia”...

It’s a fine day in winter 

There are two Sukima-soh

Living on the high end low places

上を取るか下を取るか。どっちがいいとか、争いがあったのかどうか…。

I found a dried hydrangea

ドライフラワーのようになった紫陽花見つけました。案外初めてかもです。

I found a hydrangea last year, it was dried, like a dry flower. I think that it’s the first time(?) to see like this, dried hydrangea...
