人種別プロファイリングが現実的なものであることを告白している。
まあ、カナダを美化しないで、カナダでも問題になっています、いっしょに協力しあいましょう、というなら、話に乗る日本人も増えるだろうが、あのように自国を美化して日本を蔑視するような言い方では、協力をむざむざ遠ざけているようなものである。
多分、この方はカナダの白人でのうのうと暮らしておられたのであろう。だからこうしたマイノリティの声には耳を貸さなかったのだろう。それはたぶん、日本人でも同じである。まして、日本ではいまだ、そのような声も出なかったのである。日本人・韓国人・朝鮮人・中国人が同じような風貌だからかもしれないーー他の理由かもしれないーーーが、これでは、協力は得ることは難しかろう。
人は皆外国に暮らして自国をより深く理解するようになるのか、と思いきや、なんてことはない、有道くん一派は、外国にきてそもそももっている偏見を強化していくのである。それを日本人である、有道君も訂正しようとしない、そこが問題である。
