アナさんあたりが来ますか？。ノせたら、怖いと思うのですが。。2008RGのチャンピオンですし。。そういえば、「若手」と言えば、よくこんな記事を見かけます。私は、こういう記事が好きではありませんです。。けど、今日はあえて愚痴らせて頂きます。

私達は新人の時、何も言わずに色々やってきました。就職氷河期に入社って、「今年の新人はー…」といじられ、理由の分からないコピーや雑用も我慢してやってきました。。でも、自分で調べてやっていました。。なぜ、今、若手にこうも手厚く対処するのか分からないです(嫉妬？)。仕事の意味なんて、自分で探すことだし、自分から勉強することです。みんな、、自分からボールを追いかけるものです。。おー、視線よりボールの方が早いですね。。この写真は、今のアナさんと同じ歳(21歳)の頃かなー。
When we are a fresh worker., we did many things without saying complaints. We joined a company at employment ice age, and we are said "How about the fresh workers this year?" from senior workers.., we did many copies and miscellaneous things without reasons... But we checked it by oneself... Why do they take care of younger workers a lot?(my envy?) You should find the "meaning of work" by oneself., you should study it by oneself... Everyone would chase up your ball by oneself... Wow., this photo, the ball is faster than her sight... It's maybe 21 years old like Ana-san.

失敗も疑問に思うこともたくさんあります。そうやって、まず自分で自分の無力さに気づくんです、私のように(笑)。。それは、私達の先輩だってそうだったはずです。そこに上司は関係なく、やっぱり自分の問題です。。自分で道を決めることがー…、どんなに辛いことか。。あぁ、エナン…。。そして、ふとした時に助けてくれる先輩や友達の存在が、どんなに大きいかー…、最初は、そこを学ばなければなりません。。あ、嫌われるな…私(笑)。。しかも、そんなこと言える人間でもないくせにね(笑)。失礼しました。。
