首が痛い…。。日曜日、そういえば、下手っぴサーブをたくさん打ちました。上を向くたび、アイタタ。。筋肉痛です。一番ひどいのが、お尻。ついで足、腰、、あ、もう全部で(涙)。椅子に座るのも、立ち上がるのも、アイタタ。。昨日の午後ぐらいから、筋肉が徐々に固まっていくようで、昨夜がピークでした。。
