Dmitrii Anatolievich Medvedev will assume the presidency in Russia. Recently, we hear about the president from some countries.
In South Korea, Lee Myung-bak became the new president. And in America, it hold a presidential primary now. It'll be elected the new president in this year.
I don't know the detail about presidential system. But we can expect the new relationships with each country. It must have some strategies of diplomatic relations.

Well,, Do you know the difference between presidential system and parliamentary system?? Actually, I don't know well about that..(laugh) The president is elected by direct vote. Right?? I knew only that.. Uh-oh.. I have lack common sense...
