ほんとうに悲しい

年を取って、心が壊れてしまった。
思い出すのは、嫌なことばかり。
人を信じられず、つい疑ってしまう。
不平ばかり言っているので、口がねじれた。
不信と猜疑で、表情は荒（ｽｻ）んでいる。
ほんとうに悲しい。

Now you have become old. Your heart has been destroyed.
You remember only bad things.
You can’t trust anyone. You are unconsciously very suspicious.
As you are always complaining about everything, your mouth has become crooked.
Distrust and suspicion make your face fierce.
You are really sad.
