I have been able to be a non-smoker for twelve years
and two hundred and eighty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the fourteenth
successive day and more than 9-time push-ups for the
twenty-fifth straight day.

There are some clouds in the blue sky, but actually
I have enough sunlight with the predicted highest
temperature of still as high as 33 degrees.
I well remember a day when I was a child in the lower
grades of elementary school.
My mother said, "Be careful today, because the highest
temperature will reach 33 degrees."
Now, "33 degrees" means rather mild summer heat.

It has been twelve years and two hundred and eighty-
four days in a row since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for
the twenty-third consecutive day including the most
recent twelve days of 21-time push-ups.

It had stopped raining when I was leaving my home,
but I was caught in a sudden rain while I was riding
my bike on my way to the workplace.
Even so, I was lucky because of the intermittent
rainshowers.
And Just a few minutes after I got to my workplace,
it began raining so heavily and it is still raining.
I was able to avoid being exposed to the heavy rain.
Now, the nimbuses or rain clouds are going away.

in a row have passed since I overcame a bad habit
of smoking.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the eleventh
successive day and at least 10-time push-ups for the
twenty-second straight day.

There are some clouds in the blue sky and the sunlight
is still severely scorching after Nagoya saw a Kokusho-
Bi with the highest temperature of 35 degrees yesterday.
I don't know exactly whether or not this abnormally
summer heat is the casue, but almost all the leaves
of the cherry trees in a park on my way to the workplace
have already fallen.
