I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
twelve years and two hundred and eighty days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the
nineteenth consecutive day including the latest eight
days of 21-time push-ups.

It is now a little cloudy in Nagoya although I was
caught in a little rain while I was riding my bike on
my way to the workplace in the morning.
As is often the case with my hometown, I was nearly
killed by a heinous driver last night when I was
walking while pushing my bike.
I am sure I can predict that I will be killed in a
traffic accident caused by a driver.
The time of driverless cars must come soon ....Any Day Now.

I have been able to do without smoking for twelve years

I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the sixth
successive day and more than 9-time push-ups for the
seventeenth straight day.

Although it was raining a little sometimes in the
morning, it is now overcast and gray clouds are blocking
the sunlight, which has kept the temperatures below 30
degrees.
I have decided not to go to a shopping mall because
some certain petentially aggressive junior high school
students are often gathering at the mall's food court.
I just do not want any trouble.

I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years

I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for
the sixteenth consecutive day including the most
recent five days of 21-time push-ups.

It had been raining until I got to my workplace
sice last night in Nagoya.
Since it was raining slightly, I came here by bike
although I got wet after a sudden heavy rain.
However, it has now stopped raining, so I have to
do some things while it is sunny, or before it starts
raining again soon.

I have been able to be a non-smoker for twelve years
and two hundred and seventy-six days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the fourth
successive day and at least 10-time push-ups for the
fifteenth straight day.

It is cloudy in Nagoya but it is actually hot with
the current temperature of over 30 degrees, up about
1.5 degrees from the same time yesterday.
It must be abnormally hot for September 10th.
I have noticed that young people these days are
extremely and kind of threateningly noisy at a variety
of public places or spaces such as in restaurants,
shopping mall, bus, train, and even supermarkets.
They should care about other human beings like me.
