I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years
and two hundred and eighty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the
twenty-eighth consecutive day including the latest
seventeen days of 21-time push-ups.

It is mostly sunny in Nagoya and the current temperature
is 27.2 degrees with the humidity standing at 57 per
cent, which makes me feel pretty comfortable.
Again, I have come to fully realize that "the more one
gives in good faith, the more one is taken advantage of."
It's very unfortunate, but the reality is that it's the truth.
