松茸舞昆 tukudani, aliment conservé cuit

Tukudani is a kind of preserved food being boiled down with sugar and soy sauce. This tukudani is of sea weed and matsutake-mashroom.
The taste is very good. I feel very hard to stop eating another bowl.
