This cookie looks like a famous Nanbu senbei (= very hard Japanese cookie).
But the taste is of the cookie and very soft.

The Fuji Ueki (= Gardening ) Company has more than one and a half hundred years history. A woman who is a memeber of the Antarctic expedition of this year had worked for this company.

At least one time in the summer, I visit to this chinese restaurant for this cold chinese noodle. They use a very sweet vinegar for it.
