There was a Police Academy. Before the police academy there had been a Japanese army's spy school. Now there is a empty place. Some citizen want to make a big park. Some of local gouvernment member have a plan to built a new town or community center. The big construction companies hope to recieve the order.
The plan of new big park would become a dream.
Now a rumor is there.
In the night gohsts hovers about in this large place.
