Cannot use Japanese characters

Now I am at Miscor Lounge in NAIA.
I tried to connect internet through Globe-Tattoo, but it failed.
Then I use common PC in the lounge. But it cannot use Japanese. English and Korean can be used. Keyboard is also Korean's.

Tonight I fight to Seoul. Then I go to HongKong.
