アシュターのエクササイズを終えてから、数時間後に仕事を終え、サイトを覗いていると、私は少しだけ気分がすぐれなくなったのですが、特に大きく落ち込むという事はなかったのです。それでもその時、テレパシーの声が聞こえました。
「今は、大きく吸って、吐いて～それだけでいいです。」と男性の声でした。
私は「あなたは誰ですか」と聞きましたら、「名前はいいでしょう。とにかく大きく吸って、吐いてを繰り返して。」と言ったので、私も「大きく吸って、吐いてですね。ありがとう。」と言いながら、やりました。10回ぐらい大きく吸って、吐いてを繰り返すと、気分がよくなり、前の気持ちはすっかり消えていました。
