母から、お灸のことをもう少し知りたいと言うリクエストがありましたので、ブログさせて頂きます(^^;)。はい、これがお灸です。もぐさは、加工されていて、煙が出ないようになっています。写真は、もう火がついた状態です。お灸の場所は、鍼灸師に教えてもらいました。ツボにお灸をしないと意味がないので、ご注意ください。

And I was informed the point of moxibustion from an acupuncturist. You have to do it at the right point to obtain the effect.

火をつける時は、こんな感じです。柄の長いライターが便利ですね。熱さを感じる程度は、人によって異なるようです。私は、お灸の下にテープを貼っていますので、少し熱さがやわらいでいるのかも。お灸の効果のほどは、まだよく分かりません(^^;)
This is how to set fire it. A long handle lighter is convinient. How much you feel hot is different depending on the person. In my case, I put a tape under moxibustion, so, it might be not so hot. Anyway actually, I don't know yet if my condition would get better, thanks to moxibustion(^^;)
