馬頭観音 la deesse Kwannon

The power of the goddess is so great that no railroad accident involving human life or few suicide have occured around here after the construction
of this goddess. All of the workers pray that nobody would be injured or
be killed in the work when they pass here. This horse head goddess is a gurdianangel of railroad tracks.
Those offerings are done on July 5 and today is July 29. The carrot and the bananas have dried black and the sake turned brown. The flowers have dried. Somebody offered an apple and a Satuma potato.

The old woman recomends me this dish. The boiled pork cutlet is a little sweet.
So the salty pickles fit it well.
I doubt this dish have been invented for reuse of cold fried cutlet.
While the fried one getting cold, not a little of the oil used for frying drops so that it has less calorific value and more healthy. But the taste of cold oil is not so good. If it would be warmed by boiling in the soupe, the taste gets better again. Thus this dish gets popular at cheap price restaurants.

In a lahmen place, they call this pot stickers "Healthy vegitable Kiao-tz."
The taste is not so great, I think.
