先回は木曽川の源流味噌川ダムを訪れましたが、今回は我々の源流となった" Let's Get Together”について書いてみたいと思います

曲名は"Get Together"としても知られ、1960年代初頭に1937年生まれSinger－Songwriter Chet Powers（ﾁｪｯﾄ･ﾊﾟﾜｰｽﾞ）通称Dino Valenti(ﾃﾞｨﾉ･ｳﾞｧﾚﾝﾃｨ)によって書かれた曲です。
1964年のThe Kingston Trio（ｷﾝｸﾞｽﾄﾝﾄﾘｵ）のｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ”Back In Town”にGet Togetherとして挿入されました。それがｼﾝｸﾞﾙとしてﾘﾘｰｽされていないときから、このﾊﾞｰｼﾞｮﾝは評判がよかった。ｼﾝｸﾞﾙｶｯﾄ後は、最初にﾋﾞﾙﾎﾞｰﾄﾞ誌ﾄｯﾌﾟ50位に押し入り1965年にThe Kingston TrioのﾏﾈｰｼﾞｬｰFrank WerberﾏﾈｼﾞﾒﾝﾄのWe Fiveが、そのﾄｯﾌﾟ100の最高３０位までにﾗﾝｸされました。
1966年、Jeffersonairplane（ｼﾞｪﾌｧｰｿﾝｴｱﾌﾟﾚｲﾝ）のﾃﾞﾋﾞｭｰｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ"Takes Off" にそうにゅう収録され。1966年Judy Collins（ｼﾞｭﾃﾞｨｺﾘﾝｽﾞ）の歌は、ﾆｭｰﾎﾟｰﾄﾌｫｰｸﾌｪｽﾃｨﾊﾞﾙで行ったLIVE版ｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ "Live At Newport, 1959-66”に1969年：The Carpenters（ ｶｰﾍﾟﾝﾀｰｽﾞ）ﾌｧｰｽﾄ･ｱﾙﾊﾞ"Offering"でGet Together "のﾊﾞｰｼﾞｮﾝを、取り上げていいます。
1969年：The Brothers four ｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ”Let's Get Together" でﾃｰﾏ曲として取り上げています 。
