I have been able to do without smoking for thirteen
years and two hundred and eighty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep 27-time push-ups for the fourteenth
successive day and more than 9-time push-ups for the
one year and twenty-first straight day.

It is cloudy in Nagoya and still it is hot with the
current temperature of almost 28 degrees, up 1.3 degrees
from the same time yesterday.
Last night, I had a beautiful bowel movement again.
It is the fourth day today since I started having one
meal a day with cold rice, and I have really recognized
that cold rice is truly beneficial to my bowel movement.
I would like to continue this eating habit .... at least
before it gets as cold as winter.

Are you apt to become worried about your safety
when you stay in a foreign country you have never been to?

Well, I think I sometimes see things pessimistically, indeed,
but actually there is no use worrying too much.
Of course I have to avoid dangerous areas and guard against
pickpockets, luggage lifting and so on, but maybe I will not be so
afraid of being killed.
Basically, if I fear for my safety, I will definitely refuse to go to the
country.
