It has been thirteen years and two hundred and sixty-
ine days in a row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the fourteenth
consecutive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for
the one year and seventh successive day.

Although it was cloudy in the morning when I was
riding my bike on my way to the workplace, it is now
severely sunny with scorching heat in Nagoya.
It is very fortunate that the typhoon #10 turned to be
a tropical depression just when it was about to
directly hit Nagoya.
Indeed, the atmospheric depression brought heavy rain
to Nagoya last night, but it is truly NOT stormy.
