It has been thirteen years and two hundred and
seventy-nine days in a row since I broke free
from cigarettes.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups
for the one year and seventeenth consecutive day
including the latest ten days of 27-time push-ups.

Today again, it is deadly scorching day in Nagoya.
It is so beautifully sunny that I feel it quite
dangerous to do walks outside.
In Japan, bicycles are supposed to ride on the left
side of the road, but while I was walking on the
right side of the narrow sidewalk, I was almost hit
by a bicycle coming from behind in the morning,
which really surprised me and my lifespan was very
surely shortened.
I really do not know where I should direct this anger!
