I have been able to keep smoke-free for thirteen
years and two hundred and thirty-nine days in a
row.
I was able to keep a total of 51-time push-ups
for the forty-second straight day and larger than
9-time push-ups for the three hundred and forty-
third consecutive day.

Today again, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya and
as is often the case with Nagoya, it is really
muggy with a predicted daytime high of 38 degrees.
I have been fed up with such scorching summer
heat and I really want it to get much cooler
although I really hate winter's cold in its
own way.
Anyway, now I cannot wait for Risshuu on 7th,
which is just around the corner.
