I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
thirteen years and two hundred and forty-two days
in a row.
I decreased the number of push-ups by nine times
to 11 times yesterday to conserve energy to fight
against the summer cold I got a few days ago, but
I was able to keep over-9-time push-ups for the
three hundred and forty-sixth straight day.

It is sunny in Nagoya although it was raining early
this morning.
I don't know if it is because of that, but todays's
forecast highest temperature is 37 degrees, down 2
degrees from yesterday.
Very fortunately, my fever returned to normal this
morning after I suffered from the chills caused by
a fever of 37.7 degrees for two nights.
