鑑別としては、Amyloidosis, Sarcoidosis, Wegener Granulomatosis
Tracheopathia Osteoplastica, Tracheobronchitis associated with Ulcerative
colitis, Saber-Sheath Trachea(聞いたことない病気です)、Tracheomalacia and
Bronchomalaciaなどなど。

５人のSEMSs:self-expandable metallic stentsを入れたRPのreviewだ。
このステントはFBを使って入れられる、mechanical ventilation中でもOK,
挿入後数週で気道上皮がステントを覆うためmucociliary actionを保ち
mucus plaggingのリスクを減弱する、migrationが少ない、曲がった気管にも
フィットするなどなどいろいろ利点はあるようだ、が、実際入れるタイミング
が一番問題だと思う。
