先日、Class３のニュースでとりあげていたので、今日は、Ｃ３をちょっとのぞいてみましょう！

では、いつもの意味のかたまりごとに理解する速読法でいきます。

主語”all parents or guardians”をどんな人かもっと詳しく説明する必要があるので、
このように主部が長くなっっています。
Ｃ１でも、これくらいの長さの文章は出てきますね。
リスニングのときにも、
「これは、主語の説明部分だな、これ("would receive")が文全体の述部（動詞）だな」と
理解しながら、聞けるようになると、一度で全体の意味がすっきり理解できるようになります。

その法案では、日本に住み、或る年齢群の子供を育てているすべての両親または保護者は、

これは、その前に以下のように、すでに一度どんな年齢の子供なのかを説明していて、
繰り返して冗長な文章になるのを避けるため、"the"で置き換えています。
