Daily Routine

Push-ups ：１４ times
Walking　：a total of ４０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：６ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


Twelve years and two hundred and forty-five days in
a row since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the three
years and two hundred and twenty-ninth straight day
including the latest three days of 14-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny or deadly scorchingly sunny in
Nagoya with the current temperature of nearly 32 degrees.
However, I am afraid that this may be a calm before a
storm because the typhoon #7 is steadily coming nearer
and nearer almost directly to Nagoya, says the latest
weather information.
And again very unfortunately, the gout pain has get
a little severer this morning than yesterday.
I may have to do nothing but pray for early recovery.
