I have been able to keep smoke-free for thirteen years
and three hundred days in a row.
I was able to keep 28-time push-ups for the sixth straight
day and kept larger than 9-time push-ups for the one year
and thirty-eighth consecutive day.

It has been quite cloudy since early morning in Nagoya.
It is very dark and it looks like it is going to start
raining pretty soon.
Accoridng to the latest weather information on the Internet,
the rain clouds over the southern sea are forecasted to move
over Nagoya in several hours.
I am afraid that it might rain so heavily in the afternoon.
I have already decided to stop doing a walking planned in
the morning.
