中期計画、そして長期での展望だけど、やはり大切でしょうよ。2,3年先の計画はしっかり、そして5年後のビジョンを明確にするのが良いかなーと。さらに、10年後の予測もできないと、今が無い感じなの。今と先のことがリンクして気になるのって、中年の癖なのかなー。若い頃は勢いで?
