知識、見識、胆識
knowledge, deep insight, guts

知識を持つだけでは、実際にはほとんど役に立ちません。知識を「こうしなければならない」という信念にまで高めることで、それを「見識」にしていかなければいけない。
Just having some knowledge would be almost no helpful, actually. Your knowledge should be enhanced to a kind of your belief , by which you could easily figure out "how to do things like this or like that." That is your deep insight.

しかし、それでもまだ不十分です。さらにその見識を、「何があろうともオレは絶対に実行する」という強い決意に裏打ちされた、何事にも動じない「胆識」にまで高めることが必要なのです。
But that is not enough yet. Your deep insight should be further enhanced to your unflappable guts which is backed with your firm resolution "to carry out things no matter what may happen. "

You should not be just depressed with a misfortune. But also, you should have wisdom and courage to turn that misfortune into a blessing. (prosperity or adversity)
