知識より体得を重視する
To think more highly of experience than knowledge:

「知っている」ことと「できる」ことは必ずしもイコールではない。知っているだけで、できるつもりになってはいけない。
" Being aware of things" and " being able to do things" are not always equal to each other. You should not have an illusion of doing things only by being aware of the things.

情報社会となり知識偏重の時代となって、「知っていればできる」と思う人も増えてきたようだが、「できる」と「知っている」の間には、深くて大きな溝がある。それを埋めてくれるのが、現場での経験である。
We are getting into a information-oriented society, and are in the knowledge-overemphasized time, and there are more and more people who think "being aware of things makes you do the things." But in reality there is a big, deep ditch between the two, " being able to do things" and "being aware of things." What fills that gap is your experience on the spot.
