私の経営観
My principle in running a business:

会社を経営するためには、前例や常識など、これがなければならないという発想は私にはない。ものの本質とは何か、ものの道理や価値や必要性とはどういうことか、常に問いつつ経営を進めていくことが必要だ。
I have no idea that there should be some decided rules, for example, some precedents or some common practices, in running a business. Instead, I think you need to do your business, always thinking of things like " What is the essence of things? " or " What is the reasonability, value or necessity of things?"
