理想を見失わない
You shouldn't lose sight of your ideal.

「こうあるべきだ」という理想を最初に描いて、それに近づくにはどうするかを考える真の理想主義者でなければならない。
First of all, you should depict your ideal " that thigs should be like this," and then work out the way that you should approach it. You should be a that true idealist.
現状の改良・改善ばかりしていると、やりやすい方向に改善しがちだ。何か壁に突き当たったとき、ほかに行く道はないかと探す。このとき道が二つあったとすれば、安易に行きやすい道のほうを選んでしまうのだ。
When you are engaged in only improvement or refinement of the present, you tend to take a easy way. When you get to something hard like a wall. you will look for other ways. If there are two ways, generally people would take a easy-going way.

何事もケジメが大事。ケジメのないダラダラした暮らしは、肉体的にも精神的にもよくない。身体もだらけて、ともすれば病気になったり、事故を起こしたりするものである。（ケジメの大切さ）（松下幸之助の言葉から）
Being disciplined is important in everything. A loose way of living would be bad both physically and mentally. You would feel sluggish in your body, and sometimes you might get sick or cause an accident. (importance of being disciplined)
