「今」を生き切る
Live now to the fullest!

北極圏のツンドラ地帯では、短い夏の間に多くの植物がいっせいに芽吹き、できるだけ多くの花を咲かせ、種をつくって、ごく短い生を精いっぱい、濃密に生きようとします。
There are a lot of plants in a short summer season in a tundra area in the Arctic zone that begin to burgeon all together and want to have as many flowers as much in order to get as many seeds as possible. Like this, these plants are spending their condensed deep lives in a short period of time.

そうすることで、長い冬に備え、次世代へ自分たちの生命を託そうとしているのでしょう。まさに雑念も余念もなく、ただひたすら「今」を生き切ろうとしているのです。
Doing things like that would be a preparation for a long winter season and means entrusting their lives to the next generation. There is no idle thoughts here, but a wish that will live each day to the fullest.
