完璧主義を貫く
To stick to a perfect policy:

仕事においては、消しゴムでは絶対に消せないときがあります。また、「やり直しがきく」という考え方でいる限り、小さなミスを繰り返し、やがて取り返しのつかないミスを犯す危険性をはらんでいると言っていいでしょう。
In business there is something you can never erase by any means. And as long as you think you have a chance to revise things again any time, you may repeat mall mistakes many times , which could lead you to a dangerous situation where you might make an irrecoverable mistake.
いかなるときでも「やり直し」は絶対に聞かないと考え、日頃から「有意注意」を心がけ、一つのミスも許さない、そんな「完璧主義」を貫いてこそ、仕事の上達があり、人間的な成長もあるのです。
You should always think there is no second chance at any time, with the mind of " paying attention to things with consciousness" kept in your heart, and try not to make any mistake. Having such a mind and sticking to that policy of perfect makes you improve in your business and further enhance your personality.
