万難を排してやり抜く
To accomplish your job through a lot of difficulties:
万難を排して何としてもやり抜くという勇気がなければ、どんな組織も役立つことはない。多くの人が、こうしたほうがいいと知っていても、それを実行することをためらうのは、勇気がないからだ。
Unless you have a courage to accomplish something even though there are lots of difficulties, any kind of organization doesn't work. A lot of people are reluctant to carry out things which are known as better, due to lack of courage.
なぜ、勇気を奮い起こすことができないのか。それは「自分」を大事にしようとするからだ。「人から謗られ、嫌われはしないだりうか」などと考え、自分を守ろうとすることで実行できない。
Why could you not encourage yourself ? The answer is take care of yourself too much. " Does somebody criticize me or am I hated by others?" Thinking of such a thing or protecting yourself will prevent you from doing things properly.
自分で大事にしようとする気持ちを放り出してしまえば、どんな困難なことでも実行できるはずだ。
Getting away from the thoughts cherishing yourself makes you carry out any kind of hard job.
