カンデオホテルズ先行開業 松山・ラフォーレ跡
According to information from a newspaper, a hotel named Kandeo Hotels Matsuyama opened on August 8 at a place in Okaido 2-chome, Matsuyama, Ehime.
The place is where the LAFORET HARAJYUKU was built before and for the last few years Mori Building Compnay, based in Tokyo, has been constructing a multi-purpose, 13-story building, which is scheduled to full-fledgedly open on the 26th of this month.
The hotel occupies 9 floors from the 5th to 13th, having as many as 215 rooms consisting of 127 twin rooms and 88 double rooms. A double room could be used as a single type.
On the first to second floors there will be commercial facilites like goods retailers or restaurants. And from the third to fourth floors there will be wedding service and its related busineses.
Anyway, it is sure that the new facilities and the new hotel will be a new attraction for Matsuyama.
