この世にムダはない
There is no useless thing in this world.

天地自然は、この宇宙で必要であるからこそ、私たちを存在させています。誰一人、何一つ偶然に生を受けたものはなく、したがってムダなものはこの世には一切ありません。
Heaven, Earth, Nature let us live in this universe because we are necessary. There is not any one or any thing that was born in this universe by chance , then there is nothing useless in this world at all.

部下の失敗はただ叱れば良いというものではない。失敗を自覚しているときには慰めもまた必要である。（叱る）（松下幸之助の言葉から）
When your subordinate makes some failure, it is not always good for you to scold him. When he himself is aware of his mistake well, a comfort is sometimes needed. ( to scold him)

Making the best effort at your own spot, and feeling your reason for living there would be an important thing. ( to make your best effort)
