哲学が企業を動かす
A philosophy moves a firm:

哲学がなければ企業は動かない。そもそも、企業というものが人間の集団である限り、そこに一つの「考え方」「理念」あるいは「哲学」がなければ、その集団を率いることは不可能なはずである。また、その「考え方」は普遍的な価値観に基づいた、集団全員から共感を得られるようなものでなくてはならない。そのような哲学がなければ、単なる烏合の集と化してしまう。
Without a philosophy, a firm doesn't work. Originally, a firm is a group of people, and then, there should be a kind of "the way of thinking," " a principle," or " a philosophy." Without them, it is impossible for a firm to be organized. What's more, that basic way of thinking should be based on a universal sense of value, to which all the members would give their sympathy. Without such a philosophy, the people would be a disorderly crowd.
