真正面から立ち向かう
To face things squarely:

何事に対しても、ど真剣に向き合い、ぶつかっていくーーーこれは「自らを追い込む」ということでもある。それはすなわち、困難なことであっても、そこから逃げずに、真正面から愚直に取り組む姿勢を持つ、ということ。
To face things whatever honestly. It is the same as that you drive yourself into a corner. That means, even when you are in some difficulty, you should not get away from there, and squarely face the things.
困難さから目をそらして逃げてしまうか、正面切って立ち向かうことができるか。そこが大きな成功を手にすることができるか否かの分かれ道なのだ。
Whether you get away from the difficulty or face it squarely would be a dividing point of your life in terms of getting a big success or not.
