壁を超える
To get over a wall:

まず、無理だと考えられていることでも粘りに粘ってやり抜き、成功させることです。自分の中に固定化された常識を壊してみることです。「自分はここまでだ」という頑固な固定観念が、成功へ至る一線を超えることを妨げているのです。
First of all, no matter how hard it may be considered, you should be persistent to do things until it is accomplished. You should first destroy a common sense fixed in your mind. An obstinate fixed idea " My limit is here." prevents you from passing the line which leads you to a success.

壁を乗り越えたという自負と自信が、その人を強く粘りのある人間に変えていきます。そして、この粘りがさらなる成功へと導いていくのです。
The confidence and pride that you have got over a wall makes you stronger and more tenacious man, which leads you to another success.

貧しさの中なら、いたわりだけで十分子供は育つ。だが豊かさの中では、精神的な厳しさを与えなければ、鍛えられない。

In poverty, being kind to children would be enough for raising them. But in wealth, they could not be trained enough unless some rigorousness was given mentally. (raise people)
