A good work making the goods with a texture like a sharp knife :

私は、「手の切れるような製品」でなくてはならないと考えてきた。これは、真新しい紙幣のような手触りを感じさせる素晴らしい製品という意味である。そのような製品でなければ、お客様に本当に満足してもらうことはできない。
I have long thought the goods we make should be as sharp as knife. It means the goods should be great, having as sharp a texture as a sheer new banknote. Only such excellent goods could make the customer pleased.
