有意注意 ②
Paying attention with consciousness (part ２) :

「これは些細なことだから部下に任せよう、これは大きなテーマだから自分で考えよう」ということをしていたのでは、「いざ鎌倉」というとき、つまりたいへん大事なことを自分の判断で決めなければいけないときに、ふだんからの「有意注意」の習慣がないものだから、考えることも、決めることもできない。そのために失敗する例がよくある。
"This is a trifle thing, so I will leave it to my subordinate. This is a big theme, so I will decide myself on it." If you are used to this kind of way of things, probably you could neither think of necessary steps nor make an appropriate decision, when you are put into an emergency have to make your own decision on an important thing by yourself, because you usually don't have a habit of paying attention to things with consciousness. So it is highly that you would make a failure.

したがって天風先生は「人生においてはどんな些細なことでも全神経を集中して物事を考えることを習慣にしなさい」とおっしゃっているのです。
Therefore, the master Tenpu says " You should make it a rule to think of things in your life ,even if it is a trifle thing, paying all your attention to it."

どんな商売をやるにしても、一番大事なのは使命感を持つこと。そこに力強い経営も生まれ、人も育つ。（使命感）（松下幸之助の言葉から）
No matter what kind of business you may run, the most important is that you have a sense of mission for doing things. From there comes a sturdy management of business. Nurturing people would be another result. (a sense of mission)
